We selectively source small-batches of coffee from El Salvador to ensure a unique and flavorful experience in every cup. Roasting in small batches also helps us keep the coffee fresh, so it never sits around for too long on our shelves.

We make a conscious effort to use environmentally friendly materials in our packaging whenever possible. We also offer the option to make your order carbon neutral by using EcoCart, which supports certified carbon offset projects.

About The Owner

Tablones Coffee Company was founded by Alejandra Acosta, whose family has been cultivating high-quality coffee in El Salvador for five generations. Their farms, including Finca El Sitio, Finca San José, and Finca La Malinche, have long been known for producing exceptional coffee.

Finca El Sitio

This medium roast coffee is grown and harvested on our family farm in El Salvador. It's then delivered to the local cooperative where it is processed. The result is a medium-bodied, citrusy coffee with a mild acidity that evokes a taste of honey. Our family is very proud of this coffee and the beautiful farm it comes from: Finca El Sitio.
