The CoAusoles signature coffee is made from a blend of a special selection of beans, and is roasted to a medium brown and then ground to perfection. This coffee has a pleasant aroma and tastes absolutely delicious. This is the only coffee that we offer ground and not whole bean.

Fun Fact: Founded in 1979, Los Ausoles was developed by several families and individuals from the city of Ahuachapán, one of which is my grandfather Francisco Acosta Herrera.

All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Delivery times will depend on your shipping option but all orders are tracked from our facility to your door.

Returns

Since coffee is a perishable item, we're unfortunately unable to accept any returns on coffee.

For non-perishable items (crewnecks, hats, tote bags, spoons, etc.) customers have the right to return an order within 14 days from receiving the order. This right only applies in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. 

Return labels are not provided and customers have to return the order at their own expense. We recommend using registered mail or parcel tracking as we are unable to take responsibility for return items lost in transit.
