This medium roast coffee is grown and harvested on our family farm in El Salvador. It's then delivered to the local cooperative where it is processed. The result is a medium-bodied, citrusy coffee with a mild acidity that evokes a taste of honey. Our family is very proud of this coffee and the beautiful farm it comes from: Finca El Sitio.

THE STORY

My great great grandfather, Leonardo Fagioli, traveled from Sondrio, Italy to El Salvador in the late 1800’s when he began to grow coffee in the mountainous region of Ataco, Ahuachapan, El Salvador. Since then, the tradition has continued generation after generation. My grandmother, Yolanda Fagioli de Pineda, is now continuing the tradition. I am the 5th generation.

The name El Sitio roughly translates as "the place" and our intention is to preserve this land by growing the highest quality Arabica coffee in a sustainable way. Finca El Sitio is roasted in small batches to create a coffee like no other.

Finca El Sitio has become a cornerstone of our family tradition—and now it's your turn to enjoy it!

Returns

Since coffee is a perishable item, we're unfortunately unable to accept any returns on coffee.

For non-perishable items (crewnecks, hats, tote bags, spoons, etc.) customers have the right to return an order within 14 days from receiving the order. This right only applies in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received.

Return labels are not provided and customers have to return the order at their own expense. We recommend using registered mail or parcel tracking as we are unable to take responsibility for return items lost in transit.
