ABOUT THE COFFEE
The coffee beans used in this blend are of the Pacamara variety, a coffee plant developed in El Salvador. Grown at an altitude of 1,400 meters above sea level, these beans offer a unique floral aroma and sweet flavor due to the high altitudes in which they're grown. The resulting cup is remarkably creamy with bright acidity and a lingering sweet taste.

Fun Fact: Founded in 1979, Los Ausoles was developed by several families and individuals from the city of Ahuachapán, one of which is my grandfather Francisco Acosta Herrera.

All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Delivery times will depend on your shipping option but all orders are tracked from our facility to your door.
Returns
Since coffee is a perishable item, we're unfortunately unable to accept any returns on coffee.
For non-perishable items (crewnecks, hats, tote bags, spoons, etc.) customers have the right to return an order within 14 days from receiving the order. This right only applies in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received.
Return labels are not provided and customers have to return the order at their own expense. We recommend using registered mail or parcel tracking as we are unable to take responsibility for return items lost in transit.
